Embedded Experiences enable sellers to leverage more accurate data and insights to prioritize high-potential accounts, develop key buyer relationships, and uncover hidden allies and timely intel for effective outreach.

To access Embedded Experiences:

The Sales navigator app must be installed.

You must be on Sales Navigator Advanced Plus and Gong Engage.

After the app is installed, you will need to sign in to LinkedIn Sales Navigator to access Embedded Experiences.
Account IQ enables you to access powerful account insights within Gong. Rather than searching across the web for relevant company insights and get up to speed quickly, Account IQ will provide an easy access summary of key information at a company. The feature will enable you to improve buyer-seller conversations, and have more productive conversations by understanding strategic priorities, likely pain points, and financials.
Important to know
Not every account that you are interested in is eligible for a detailed account summary with Account IQ. If your account is eligible, then on the Overview tab, you will notice the Account IQ title followed by the following sections and an option to generate a complete summary for the account:
- Strategic priorities
- Business challenges
- Estimated revenue
Uncover the right path in and discover hidden allies to save time prospecting. With the Find Key People feature, you have more control over pinpointing leads that more closely match your target buyer's profile and you can access more insights about the leads.
The Find People tab displays a list of unsaved leads at the account matching your target Personas. From this tab, you can:

Create and edit your Personas - If you would like to create a new persona, click the Persona drop-down menu, and choose Create new persona. If you would like to modify an existing persona, click Edit persona.

Change the selected Persona to display leads matching your target characteristics.

Message new leads

Save the lead to a lead list by clicking Save.

View insights about your saved leads like following your company or mutual connections.

View CRM badges displaying if a lead is already in the CRM and/or needs to be updated - available only with Sales Navigator Advanced Plus with CRM Sync enabled.
Relationship Map offers you a centralized and consolidated place to store, update, and share account information with your colleagues who have a Sales Navigator license from within Gong. With Relationship Maps, you can visualize and identify account gaps and opportunities to influence the people who matter the most to your deals at your accounts.
Following are the actions that you can perform with Relationship Maps:

Create a map - Create a new map and add your saved leads or other people of interest at an account.

Add and remove leads from the map - Using the map view on the Relationship Map, you can add new leads to the map and remove or replace outdated leads.

Add roles to leads within a map - Using the contact card, you can assign or add roles to each lead.

Share maps with colleagues - You can select users who also have a Sales Navigator license with whom you would like to share a map.

Update information in your CRM in bulk – With a few clicks, you can create or update CRM leads and contacts from the Relationship Map. Available only with Sales Navigator Advanced Plus with CRM Sync enabled.
