We know that many sellers use LinkedIn to find and research leads and accounts in addition to leveraging Sales Navigator. To enhance their experience on LinkedIn and to help them see core insights faster on more surfaces within their workflow, we are making a few key Sales Navigator insights available to customers on LinkedIn.
Users of all Sales Navigator subscriptions (Core, Advanced, and Advanced Plus) can see Lead Insights on a profile page as well as Account IQ information on Company Pages.
If your admin has turned off Lead IQ or Account IQ, you won’t be able to view these insights.
Lead insights
Lead Insights appear in the Highlights section of a member’s profile. This section displays information on the lead. The following are information is displayed as lead insights:
- Insights summary - a high-level overview of the profile that highlights persona match, key signals, and warm paths in.
- Key signals - displays information that help you determine if the lead is a good fit, along with insights on whether they were recently promoted or follow your company.
- Get introduced - highlights warm paths in, and provides you with the option to use AI-powered messaging to get introduced to potential leads.
These insights provide you with important information at-a-glance, allowing you to prioritize the most actionable leads.
Account IQ
Account IQ appears on a Company Page and provides a summary, including company financials, strategic priorities, competitive landscape, challenges, executive team, and more. While using the LinkedIn mobile app, you can view detailed insights on your top accounts and lead insights at those accounts faster.
Information for Lead Insights and Account IQ Highlights shown on LinkedIn is the same information that sellers can find in Sales Navigator. While it provides valuable information, sellers may still want to go into Sales Navigator for deeper insights and more access to the full suite of features that Sales Navigator has to offer.
In order to increase relevance and help with actionability of insights, Lead Insights will only appear for leads that have relevant insights to share, like if that lead follows your company, based on Lead lists created in Sales Navigator. Account IQ summaries can be generated for organizations that have 50 to 200+ employees.
These exclusive Sales Navigator powered insights are available to Sales Navigator users only. Lead Insights and Account IQ on Company Pages are available to all Sales Navigator subscriptions.
