However, being able to perform bulk CRM actions from a Relationship Map is available only with Sales Navigator Advanced Plus and only when a Sales Navigator admin has enabled bulk actions for the following options from the Admin Settings page:

- Champion - An individual that is a strong supporter of the product/service, has power in the deal, and can make introductions for a rep.
- Evaluator - An individual involved in the active investigation/exploration of the product/service.
- Procurement - The individual/team responsible for purchasing and buying. They give financial sign-off in a deal.
- Influencer - An individual in a deal who doesn’t have economic responsibility, but their input carries weight.

When a lead leaves their company or account, the Relationship Map is marked as stale or out of date. On the Relationship Map, you will see an alert that states the map is stale. From the map view, you can quickly replace the outdated lead with another lead without disturbing the hierarchy of the map.

Assigning a lead from the Relationship Map to a co-worker does not imply that you have shared the map with them. It is only an indication that you have assigned someone in your team to collaborate or interact with that lead.
When you share a map with other colleagues or teammates who are on the same contract as you, the notes added to leads in the map are also shared and visible to all.
Relationship Map replaces Account Map in Sales Navigator. If you have leads saved in the Account Map today, they will all show up in the new Relationship Map, however the tiers will not be reflected since there is no direct correlation to tiers in the new map.

As long as a Relationship Map is shared with colleagues before the owner leaves, it will not be deleted, and the ownership will transfer to another user.
You can use a blank placeholder card in your map to organize leads who:
