Champions Lists in Sales Navigator FAQ

Who can use this feature?

Champions Lists are only available to Advanced Plus account users with CRM sync enabled. 

A Champions List in Sales Navigator provides you with a list of past customers associated with closed-won opportunities, who now work at new companies in your book of business. Under the Lead Lists tab, you can view Champions Lists, called Past Customers at New Companies, and identify opportunities with potential customer champions.

Here are some prerequisites for Champions Lists:

  • A lead in the list must be mapped to a CRM contact associated with a closed-won opportunity in your CRM.

  • The Opportunity's account must be matched to a Sales Navigator account.

  • The Opportunity should’ve closed within the last five years.

  • The matched Sales Navigator account must be different from the lead's current account.

  • The lead's current account must be an account you own in CRM, or have saved in Sales Navigator. 

  • The Opportunity's close date needs to be before the lead's start date at the current company.

A Champions List can only appear if these prerequisite conditions are met.
