A Champions List in Sales Navigator provides you with a list of past customers associated with closed-won opportunities, who now work at new companies in your book of business. Under the Lead Lists tab, you can view Champions Lists, called Past Customers at New Companies, and identify opportunities with potential customer champions.
Here are some prerequisites for Champions Lists:

A lead in the list must be mapped to a CRM contact associated with a closed-won opportunity in your CRM.

The Opportunity's account must be matched to a Sales Navigator account.

The Opportunity should’ve closed within the last five years.

The matched Sales Navigator account must be different from the lead's current account.

The lead's current account must be an account you own in CRM, or have saved in Sales Navigator.

The Opportunity's close date needs to be before the lead's start date at the current company.

The Past Customers at New Companies list only includes contacts that:
- Are associated with closed-won opportunities that were closed in the past five years.
- No longer work at the account associated with the opportunity based on CRM or LinkedIn data.
- Currently work at an account that you own or have saved in Sales Navigator.
No, only you can view the Champions List. This list is unique to you because it includes leads who currently work at an account you own in CRM or have saved in Sales Navigator.
Currently, the Champions List can’t be edited, so you cannot add or remove people from this list. However, you can copy a Champions List and edit it (add/remove people), and also save leads in a Champions List, which allows you to receive alerts on those leads and associated accounts.
The list is dependent on CRM sync and is updated every 24 hours.
A Champions List can have a maximum number of 1,000 leads, who are prioritized based on the most recent closed-won opportunities. When you reach that limit, Sales Navigator automatically removes leads associated with the oldest opportunity.
