Advanced Plus customers can now view CRM opportunity information right in Sales Navigator to understand status and identify team collaborators to help focus on the accounts that matter.
To get started with CRM Opportunities in account lists, please review the following requirements:

Sales Navigator Advanced Plus contract

Salesforce account (support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 coming soon)

CRM Sync enabled

At least 1 account matched from CRM (to see any data within the column)
Once you’ve met all requirements, CRM Opportunities will appear as an additional column within your Account List Hub.
To get started:

Sign in to Sales Navigator.

Click Account lists at the top of your Sales Navigator homepage.

Click the account list you'd like to work on.

The CRM Opportunities column Close date will appear if you’ve satisfied the requirements.
The opportunity that is coming up to close the soonest will display in the column with the following information:
- Opportunity name
- Stage
- Close date
Here's a tip
You can sort the column by Close Date by clicking the Sort dropdown and selecting Close Date. The column will only be populated if an account contains an active opportunity that is owned by you or a collaborator.

Click the opportunity name. This will open the CRM Opportunities panel, which will show all opportunities associated with the account.
Information in the CRM Opportunities panel includes:
- Opportunity name
- Close date
- Opportunity owner
- Opportunity stage
Here's a tip
You can filter the opportunities by owner, selecting: Your List Collaborators (default), Me, or Everyone

Click the:
- Opportunity name to go to the opportunity page in CRM.
- Opportunity owner to go to their Sales Navigator Lead page.
No opportunities will appear in the account list in the following cases:

If there are no opportunities associated with the account.

If there are no opportunities associated with the account that are owned by list collaborators.

If the account isn't matched to a CRM Account.
