Sales Navigator admin dashboard for Salesforce Lightning

Sales Navigator offers a dashboard for Salesforce Lightning admins with three tabs to help manage components and schedule data validation jobs, access the Data Validation Error Viewer, and view Error Logs.  

To access the dashboard, enter LinkedIn Sales Navigator Assistant into the Salesforce app launcher in the upper-left corner of the Salesforce Lightning page.

  • Admins can configure Sales Navigator components like Embedded Profiles within Salesforce across CRM leads, contacts, accounts, and more.
  • Admins can schedule when to run data validation jobs to highlight CRM contacts who no longer work at an associated account.

Data Validation Error Viewer tab

  • For customers who have data validation set up, admins can check if CRM validation rules are preventing Sales Navigator from highlighting contacts that, according to LinkedIn data, no longer match their associated account. These contracts won't be detected by Sales Navigator and won’t update the Not at Company Flag field.
  • The last 10 errors or contacts that couldn’t be updated are displayed. Admins can click on the contact name to navigate to that record and manually update the Not at Company Flag field.

Admins can filter error logs using the Recently Viewed dropdown menu to select Recent List Views or All Other Lists.
