To ensure everyone on your team is leveraging Sales Navigator to the fullest, we recommend reaching out to users who are in the early stages of Sales Navigator Coach.
To onboard your team to Sales Navigator:
Navigate to Admin Home and click Usage Reporting to view coach level distribution from the Overview tab.
Export a CSV file to identify individual users that are either Beginner or Intermediate.
After you've exported the CSV, sort users by the Coach Level column to find Beginner and Intermediate users.
Email those users with a link to Sales Navigator coach to help them discover and learn how to use Sales Navigator’s most powerful tools and features.
