The Relationship Explorer is a Sales Navigator feature that surfaces lead recommendations that help you find the best path in or a potential hidden ally at an account.

The Relationship Explorer can be found on all Account Pages as a tab adjacent to the Account Map tab.
Yes, you can use the Spotlight filters at the top of Relationship Explorer to narrow down your results and only surface those associated with the Spotlight you care most about.
The lightbulb is next to our Recommended Next Best Action. This is the recommended step based on the insights we have on that individual for how to connect with them.
We’ll only show so many Spotlights on one lead card. If you click on the down arrow, it will expand to show you the full set of Spotlights associated with that individual.
Results will refresh upon reload of the page. So, if you save a lead, they will show as saved on the page, and new recommendations will not appear until a refresh is triggered by navigating to a new Persona, Spotlight filter, or page.
You can take one of the following actions:
- Broaden the Persona criteria you’re using
- Switch Personas (including All employees), or
- Click View all at the bottom of Relationship Explorer, and you will be taken to a Search result page.
Recommended Leads have been removed. You can use Relationship Explorer instead. If you save a lead from the Relationship Explorer, it will appear in the Saved Leads category on the Account Map, and can then be added to a map.
All Sales Navigator editions support Relationship Explorer. But some of the insights such as Past Customer, TeamLink, and Executive TeamLink are only available to Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus editions.
