After you upload an account list using a CSV file, a matching process is initiated. All matched accounts appear in your account list and will display a Match Confidence Score between 1-5. Accounts that were not matched will have a score of 0. After the match report is available, we recommend that you download and review this matched report for an account list.
To download a matched report, click Download matched report that is displayed soon after you upload an account list using the CSV file. This report includes all the columns that you’ve uploaded, followed by LinkedIn’s match results.
-
The Outcome column will say either Matched or Non_Matched, which indicates the match status, i.e. whether the matching model was able to find a potential match based on at least 1 of your input columns or was unable to find any potential match.
-
The Match Confidence Score column indicates the level of confidence of the match, with 5 as the highest score, 1 as the lowest score, and 0 as an indication the model could not identify the account with a matched company profile page on LinkedIn.
- Score of ‘5’ = 80-100% confidence; ‘4’ = 60-80% confidence; ‘3’ = 40-60% confidence; ‘2’ = 20-40% confidence; ‘1’ = 0-20% confidence; ‘0’ = unable to match.
