View and download receipts for online purchases in LinkedIn Admin Center.

View receipts

You can view and download your receipts for Premium subscriptions from LinkedIn Admin Center.

Important to know

You can now download your receipt directly in chat.

Here's a tip

If you purchased your subscription online, you'll have access to receipts. If you purchased through a LinkedIn sales representative, you'll have access to invoices instead.

Option 1: To download your receipt in chat, click Start chat at the bottom of this help center article, type 'Download my receipt', and follow the instructions.

Option 2: Follow the steps below to download your receipt manually.

To view and print your receipts for Premium subscriptions:

  1. Click the  Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.

  2. Select Premium features from the dropdown.

  3. Click Manage your subscription on the left pane.

    • You'll be redirected to the LinkedIn Admin Center.
  4. Select Transactions on the left pane.

    • You will see a list of receipts tied to the subscriptions you have purchased.
  5. Click the  More icon next to each transaction to perform the following functions:

    • Download receipt: Click Download receipt to download the receipt tied to the subscription. After the receipt is downloaded in PDF format, you can access it from your browser’s download folder. You can click the PDF to open the receipt in a new tab for printing.
    • Edit receipt: Click Edit receipt details to edit the receipt tied to the subscription. In the pop-up window, add the information you'd like to appear on the receipt, and click Save.
      You may need to manually refresh the page after about a minute. Please note that these changes will not apply to future receipts.

Here's a tip

To add details like a business address or purchase order number to future receipts, go to the Purchases page, select the relevant purchase, and scroll down to the Transactions section. Click Customize receipt details in the upper-right corner. Enter the updated details in the Receipt details pop-up window that appears, and click Save. Changes will apply to all future receipts.

Notes:
  • We don’t provide email receipts.
  • Your purchase history only displays receipts for charges associated with your account.
  • The purchase history on another member’s account can only be accessed by that member.
  • LinkedIn can't provide purchase history for your subscriptions through Google. You can check your purchase history via Google order history page.
  • We currently don’t provide invoices for Premium subscriptions.
  • Receipts for purchases made via the Apple Store or from the LinkedIn iOS app are not available on LinkedIn.com. You can view your receipts from your Apple iTunes account. Visit Apple’s Support site for additional information.
