You can use contact creation to create a contact record in HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Sales, and Salesforce from a Sales Navigator Lead Page or Lead List. To enable sync with a CRM and its features, the profile used must have at least read-only access to all Lead objects (lead pages and lead lists) within contact creation. To allow contact creation, read and write access must be enabled for all the standard supported fields at the user level.
Users must associate a contact record to an account record in their CRM. With contact creation, users can maintain productivity without having to leave their workflow to add contacts to the CRM.
