Manage push notifications on the Sales Navigator mobile app

On the home screen of your Sales Navigator mobile app, you can view daily account and lead insights based on your alert preferences.

The Sales Navigator mobile app will send you push notifications for shared searches, shared lists, viewed smart links, and alerts on leadership researched accounts. You can manage these notifications from your account settings.

Here's a tip

Push notifications will be added for messages received in the Sales Navigator mobile app. 

To manage push notifications for daily recommendations on your iOS device:

  1. Open the Sales Navigator mobile app.

  2. Tap the icon on your profile picture at the top of your screen.

  3. Tap the Settings tab.

  4. Next to Push Notification, toggle to the right to turn your push notifications on and to the left to turn them off.
