Access Sales Navigator admin settings

As a Sales Navigator admin, you can use your Admin Settings page to control and manage certain features of your team's Sales Navigator accounts.

To access admin settings:

  1. Sign in to Sales Navigator.

  2. Click Admin in the top menu.

  3. Click Admin Settings in the top menu.

From Admin Settings, you can manage the following:

Setting How it works
Summary See your Sales Navigator account type, ORL URL, ORG IED, and Admin Email. You'll be able to change account type, cancel, and learn more about the features available to you as part of your account. You can also see your license type and contract ID in the lower-left corner.
CRM Settings Control the settings for your CRM sync with Sales Navigator by connecting or disconnecting the sync for your team.
ROI Reporting  View how Sales Navigator is helping your sales team close deals. Learn more about enabling ROI reporting.
Imported from CRM Adjust settings related to data import from your CRM, restricted data mode, and ROI reporting.
Exported to CRM  Adjust settings related to the data you export to your CRM.
CRM Mapping  Customize your field mapping to help CRM Sync work better for your team.
Sandbox Test your CRM integration.
InMail and Messaging  Turn on InMail and Messages for your team. You can also add a disclosure message that will appear as part of all InMail sent by your team.
TeamLink Turn TeamLink on or off for team members who are using this feature. Learn more about the benefits of using TeamLink.
Smart Links  Turn Smart Links on or off for your contract.
GAI-assisted Features  Turn GAI-assisted features on or off.
Products and Services  Add, edit, or delete products and services shared across your team.
Seat Transfer  Turn on this setting to allow members to transfer their data to a new contract from their existing online Sales Navigator subscription.
Microsoft Office 365 Integration Turn on this setting so your team can interact with Sales Navigator and use Microsoft Office 365 products simultaneously.
SSO Turn on Single Sign-On (SSO) for Sales Navigator and automate admin management through SFTP or HTTPS POST.
Referrals  Referrals let your team share two free months of Sales Navigator Core to their 1st-degree connections who they feel could benefit from the product.
