Access chat support in Sales Navigator

Who can use this feature?

Chat support is only available if you’re logged into your Sales Navigator account and have an active Sales Navigator license. Your language must be set to English, Portuguese, German, Spanish, or French. If you can’t access chat support, try creating a support ticket.

You can get quick and easy access to Sales Navigator help through chat support. Communicate directly with a support representative and resolve your questions in real time.

To access the Chat with support feature:

  1. Sign in to Sales Navigator.

  2. Click Chat with us in the lower-right corner.

    Important to know

    If you don’t see the Chat with us option, you can create a support ticket.

Keep in mind that you may receive AI-assisted help through chat support.
