Sync your calendar with the Sales Navigator mobile app

Syncing your native mobile calendar with the Sales Navigator mobile app is an easy way to receive notifications about your upcoming meetings, as well as relevant updates with the Daily Briefs feature.

Here's a tip

The Sales Navigator mobile app shows calendar events only from your native mobile calendar. Other downloadable mail apps, such as Outlook or Gmail, are not supported at this time.

To sync your calendar with the Sales Navigator mobile app on your iOS device:

  1. Open the Sales Navigator mobile app.

  2. Tap  Settings and then tap the Settings tab.

  3. Tap Calendar Sync Settings and then tap Continue.

  4. Toggle Sync Calendar to on, and then tap OK.

    From the Calendar Sync Settings, you'll see every calendar that is synced with your native iOS calendar. All calendars will be selected to sync by default with a  Check. If you don't see any calendars on this list, you must connect calendars to your native iOS calendar.

    You can remove calendars from the sync by tapping the calendar name, which will remove the  Check.

  5. After you've selected which calendars you'd like to sync, return to the Sales Navigator mobile app homepage to see events from your native iOS calendar.

    Calendars synced here will only show events with attendees. If you'd like to see events without any attendees, toggle the Show events without attendees option to on in the Calendar Sync Settings page.
