If no new members match your saved search criteria, a saved search email alert will not be sent.
Email alerts for a saved lead’s activities notify you whenever a saved lead has viewed your profile. You’ll receive an email immediately after a lead has viewed your profile, and the email will include relevant growth information about their organization.
If a saved lead revisits your profile within seven days, you won’t receive a second email alert. However, if the saved lead revisits your profile more than seven days later, you’ll receive another alert. You'll also receive a notification when you view Alerts on your homepage.
A few things to remember when saving creating search alerts:

You can have up to 15 saved search alerts running at once.
