With the notes feature in Sales Navigator, you can keep a record of relevant information and action items for important leads and accounts.
Here's a tip
If you were previously using comments on custom lead and account lists, your existing comments will now display as notes.
To manage notes for an account in Sales Navigator:

To add or view a note, locate the account page in Sales Navigator, or locate the account within an account list.
- From an account page: Click
Add Note or Note in the upper right corner of the page. - From an account list: Click
Add note or note in the Notes column.
- From an account page: Click

In the Notes panel that appears to the right of the window, enter your note, select if you'd like a
Private or Public note, and click Done.- Private notes are visible only to you.
- Public notes are visible to anyone on your contract.
- If your contract is CRM synced, you may also choose to copy the note back to your CRM.

To edit an existing note, click
More and select Edit note.- You can update the note text or visibility.

To delete an existing note, click
More, and select Delete.- In the window that appears, click Delete.
