A Lead Page or Lead Panel gives you a comprehensive view of all information you'll need about a lead or prospect, to stay up-to-date about them and engage effectively.
For every lead, you’ll see Spotlights (insights) like recent job changes, posts on LinkedIn, and past customers, that provide you with a reason to reach out and a way to personalize outreach. You can access a variety of insights on the Lead Page, which is divided into the sections below. Also, the Similar leads section on a Lead Page and a Lead Panel is now powered by Relationship Explorer recommendations, which help you get improved suggestions on leads.
In this section at the top of the page, we've prioritized the most important information about the lead, including:
- Audio pronunciation of the lead’s name (if they've added it to their profile), information on when you last viewed/interacted with this lead (messages to or from this lead or viewed SmartLinks), and whether or not the lead information is recorded in the CRM.
- Current role and description, a summary of past companies, current location, contact information (if the member has added it), number of connections, and shared connections.
Here's a tip
- New Insights at the top of this section (and throughout Sales Navigator), where you can see spotlights (insights) about the lead, like recently changed job and past colleagues, to help you with outreach.
- If your saved lead is currently active and reachable on LinkedIn, you’ll notice a presence of a solid green circle next to their profile picture while viewing their profile in Sales Navigator. This green circle next to someone's name in LinkedIn messaging means they're currently on LinkedIn and will be instantly notified when you send them a message. This active status is visible only if the lead has chosen one of the following options on their profile:
- Your Connections only - Only the lead's 1st-degree connections will be able to see when they are on LinkedIn.
- All LinkedIn members - All LinkedIn members will be able to see when the lead is available on LinkedIn.
- No one - No one on LinkedIn will be able to see when they are on LinkedIn.
Important to know
All users of Sales Navigator subscriptions (Core, Advanced, and Advanced Plus) will see the Lead IQ tab on a Lead page. Lead IQ in Sales Navigator enables you to access powerful lead information, with a single click. Using Lead IQ, you can easily access an AI-generated summary of key information on a lead, and their company that will improve your first interaction with the lead.
With this feature, you can learn about a lead's interests, recent activities on LinkedIn and key information on their company - all of which goes a long way into making sure your first conversation with the lead is productive and valuable.
The Relationship tab displays the following:
- Recent activity on LinkedIn - including information on the lead's posts, comments, and news mentions about the lead.
- What you share in common - including shared interests and common groups.
- The Get introduced section - which displays information on all mutual connections between you and the lead, such as Teamlink connections, shared connections, or shared education connections. You can filter this section by Teamlink connections, shared connections and groups.
Here's a tip
The Experience tab provides an overview of the lead's work experience, education, and interests, along with Insights. These insights:
- Provide visibility into employee growth and an easy view of similar leads to the individual you're viewing.
- Offer direct access to the Account map that includes the lead you're viewing, or more leads at the same company as the lead you're viewing.
- List featured skills included and endorsed by the lead.
- Include languages spoken by a lead on the Lead Page and in the Lead Panel. With a chronological list of activities added to the Lead Panel, you can have quicker access throughout Sales Navigator.
