Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Live Organization Chart Integration

Live Organization Chart Integration is a new feature that provides sales customers with a unified interface to view automatically displayed LinkedIn member profile photos for their contacts and access Embedded Profiles in live organization charts to monitor their organizational hierarchies.

As a sales user, you can access live org charts under the Account form, if your organization has the unified interface experience enabled. To complete the process of integration:

  1. If you have CRM Sync enabled, view LinkedIn member profile photos that are automatically associated with contacts in the live org charts.

  2. After selecting a contact, access the embedded profiles that appear on the page.

  3. Verify this information using Embedded Profiles and click Save in Sales Navigator.
