Custom Lists are a great way to organize your workflow, and keep track of leads, accounts, and existing clients.

Check out our Custom List tip sheet to make the most of your Custom Lists benefits, including the ability to:

  • Filter lead search results by including and/or excluding Lead and Account Custom Lists.

  • Manually match leads and accounts in Custom Lists and receive alerts and updates about the associated account.

    Here's a tip

    You can also manually prioritize accounts in account lists by clicking the Star icon next to the names of priority accounts, then selecting Priority to the right of the list.

  • Share Custom Lists with colleagues, so you can collaborate effectively in your sales outreach and advance your lead and account relationships.

  • Collaborate on Custom Lists using notes.

  • View Outreach Activity (InMails, Messages, and Connection Requests) and whether a lead from a Custom Lead List has responded to you.

Best practices for creating Custom Lists

  • Group high-priority accounts into Custom Lists for easier tracking and management.
  • Add tags such as "Top 10 Accounts" or "Strategic Targets”.
