Manage Your Salesforce Sync for Individual Accounts and Leads

Any leads or accounts that are synced from Salesforce will appear with the blue Salesforce cloud. You can unsync a lead or account by removing it from Sales Navigator.

To unsync a lead in Sales Navigator:

  1. Go to Sales Navigator.

  2. Click Lists then Saved leads at the top of the page.

  3. Check the box next to the lead(s) you want to remove and click Unsave near the top of the page.

  4. A message will appear at the top of the page, confirming the lead has been unsaved.

To unsync an account in Sales Navigator:

  1. Go to Sales Navigator.

  2. Click Lists then Saved accounts at the top of the page.

  3. Check the box next to the account(s) you'd like to remove.

  4. Click Unsave above the account list.

  5. A message will appear at the top of the page, confirming the account has been unsaved.

You may also unsync the lead or account within the individual lead profile or account page.
