Accessing LinkedIn APIs

We provide developers the ability to integrate their app with LinkedIn through one of our self-service products or through applying to be a part of one of our enterprise programs.

Alternatively, you can see our product overview by logging into the Developer portal using your LinkedIn account and selecting the products tab. Each product has more detailed documentation available about the technical specs of the product. If you don’t have a LinkedIn account, you’ll be prompted to create one. Keep in mind, using a fake LinkedIn account is a violation of our terms.

Creating an App for our Consumer Self-Service products or our Marketing APIs

  1. Login to the LinkedIn Developer portal.
  2. Click My Apps from the top of the page and select Create App.
  3. Complete the app details and add your company page.
  4. For Self-Serve, complete all the steps and then click the Create App button at the bottom of the page.

Creating an App for other Enterprise Products
