To help your team get the most value from Hiring Assistant, assign licenses to recruiters who match the recommended qualifications and use cases outlined below. This ensures Hiring Assistant is used by those most likely to benefit from its AI-powered sourcing and outreach capabilities.

Who should use Hiring Assistant

Licenses are best suited for recruiters who meet most or all of the following criteria:

  • High InMail activity over the past 2–3 months
  • Preference for bulk messaging over 1:1 outreach
  • InMail acceptance rate above 3%
  • Actively recruiting for three or more roles
  • Regularly sourcing for English-speaking roles
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter as their primary workspace
  • High adoption of AI features in LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Demonstrate openness to new technologies and AI tools

These users are more likely to adopt Hiring Assistant into their daily workflows and benefit from its ability to help with sourcing tasks and deliver personalized candidate outreach.

Where Hiring Assistant delivers the most value

Hiring Assistant performs best in recruiting scenarios that are:

  • Focused on junior to mid-level seniority roles
  • Defined by clear, structured requirements (e.g., “5+ years of experience in software development” rather than “strong leadership potential”)

These use cases allow Hiring Assistant to generate high-quality candidate recommendations and personalized outreach with minimal ambiguity.
