Click Projects at the top of the Recruiter homepage.

Click your project title. You can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.

Click Talent pool on the left pane of your project.

Use the search filters on the left to modify your search.

• Click Clear search to start a new search from within your project.
  

Optional: Click the Spotlights at the top of the search results to narrow down the list of candidates. The available Spotlights include:

• Open to work
• Active talent
• Rediscovered candidates
• Internal candidates
• Interested in your company
• Have company connections

Click Projects at the top of the Recruiter Lite homepage.

Optional: Click the Spotlights at the top of the search results to narrow down the list of candidates. The available Spotlights include:

• Have company connections
• Interested in your company

Sign in to the Recruiter mobile app.

Tap the project title on the homepage or tap the  Search icon to search for a project.

Tap the project title at the top and tap Recruiter search.

Tap the  filters icon to edit or clear your filters.
