Rediscovered Candidates within Recommended Matches are instantly surfaced profiles from prior projects who are a match to your new job posting. These profiles are candidates who are prior applicants, have been pipelined, or InMailed within a similar project on your Recruiter account.
Prior projects are matched with your new job post based on job title, location and company.
Rediscovered Candidates is designed to jump-start your sourcing activities immediately after posting a job by surfacing candidates who are relevant and likely to be interested in the new job post. These candidates expand your talent pool and increase InMail acceptance rates all while saving you time in needing to source. Candidates found within Rediscovered Candidates are more likely to accept your InMails than candidates found by Recruiter search alone.
