In LinkedIn Recruiter, when you search for candidates with clinical job titles located in the United States, you can narrow down your search using additional filters to find candidates with the right clinical specialty and shift, schedule, and work setting preferences you’re looking for. If you created a project to find clinical candidates in the United States, these additional filters are available in the talent pool of your project.
When you search for clinical candidates in the United States with roles where specialty applies (e.g. Nurse, Medical Doctor), the following filters will appear:
- Specialty
- Shift
- Schedule
- Work setting
- Licenses & certifications (applicable to Nurse candidates only)
When you search for clinical candidates in the United States with roles where specialty doesn’t apply (e.g. Dentist, Pharmacist, Nutritionist), the following filters will appear:
- Shift
- Schedule
- Work setting
To search for clinical talent in Recruiter:

Start a search from the global search bar.

Click Show filters on the left pane to expand the search filters.

In the Job titles field on the left pane, enter your clinical job title (e.g. “Nurse”, “Medical Doctor”, “Mental Health Therapist”) and select from the job titles in the dropdown.

In the Locations or Postal code / Zip code field, enter a location in the United States.

Click each of the clinical filter fields (e.g., Specialty, Shift, Schedule, Work setting, Licenses & certifications) and select from the list of options.
