You can change your language and time zone settings in the LinkedIn Recruiter Learning Center to correspond with your location and the language that you use in Recruiter.
To change the language setting:

Sign in to the Recruiter Learning Center.

Select your language from the Display Language dropdown at the top of the page.
As you browse for courses, select the language on the left pane to view the course offerings for the specific language. When you view the Live Webinars sessions and schedule, you can select the time zone on the bottom of the page.
