Generate the Recruiter Summary Report

Last updated: 1 year ago

The LinkedIn Recruiter Summary Report gives you access to your team’s Recruiter utilization and performance, with tips and resources to improve performance.

The Summary Report is a monthly report. You can access this month's data by selecting the current month in the date range dropdown. Updated metrics may take up to 72 hours to appear in the report. All reports are in Universal Coordinated Time (UTC +0).

Here's a tip

The personalized Summary Report allows you to customize your reporting with a custom data view, making it easier to locate data and ensure you’re getting the information you need when you need it. We’re gradually making this feature available, and you might not have access to it at this time.

Important to know

The Summary Report includes data up to two years before the current date.

The report can be made available to admins only or all users on the contract. By default, a Summary report will be made available to users based on the product settings you have for other existing reports within Recruiter.

To generate a Summary Report:

  1. Move your cursor over Reports at the top of the Recruiter homepage page and select Summary from the dropdown.
  2. On the left sidebar, click the  Edit icon near Date range to select a date range.

  3. Click the Add icon under each filter you want to use and select the data you want to filter.

  4. Optional: To personalize your report, scroll to the bottom of the Summary page, and click within the Add a new module widget to customize your selection of available modules.
