Webinar attendance is submitted by the instructor 1-2 business days after the completion of the session. If more than two business days pass and a webinar is not marked Complete on your transcript, please contact us through the Recruiter Help Platform. Be sure to add the session title, date, and time.
Tutorials are marked Complete when you have completed the training and responded to the survey questions at the end of the tutorial. If you exit a tutorial before responding to the survey questions, re-launch the tutorial and answer the survey questions to mark the tutorial as Complete on your transcript.
Tip sheets are not marked Complete automatically. After you have launched a tip sheet, you may return to your transcript and click Mark Complete on the right of the tip sheet title.
