When you filter your search results on LinkedIn Recruiter, one of the advanced search filters available is the Company followers filter. This allows you to filter by people who follow your company within your search results.

Note: If you don't see the Company followers filter on the left rail, click Advanced at the bottom of the screen to access it from the full list of Recruiter filters.

You may notice a difference in the number of followers on your LinkedIn Page when viewing it on Recruiter versus LinkedIn.com.

This happens because we exclude members from the Recruiter search results if they don't have any contact information, or if they haven't confirmed their contact information (i.e. they cannot be sent an InMail message).

We also update the company followers list once a week, so it does not include members who signed up in the past seven days.

Additionally, we exclude current employees from Recruiter search results.
