Filters in the Recruiter Usage report

The LinkedIn Recruiter Usage report provides usage metrics for all seat holders on your contract for the selected time period. This report can help you measure the success and overall usage of your contract.

Important to know

All reports are in Universal Coordinated Time (UTC +0). Any activity can take up to 48 hours to appear in your reports.

You can filter your Recruiter Usage report using the following filters:

Filter Definition
Date range

Date ranges start at 12:00 AM UTC on the first day and end at 11:59 PM UTC on the last day. You can filter by any one of the following options:

- Last calendar week

- Last 2 calendar weeks

- Last calendar month

- Last 3 calendar months

- Custom selection (any period of time within the last 2 years)

Benchmark View your recruiting metrics compared to other companies in your industry and of similar size to evaluate your performance against relevant benchmarks and identify strengths and improvement areas. By default, the report displays benchmarks for your industry category as listed on your LinkedIn Career Page and for companies of all sizes.
Contract Your current contract is selected by default. You can also select other contracts you have access to.
Owner Filter by project owners or user group in LinkedIn Admin Center under User & license management. Note that once a group is created, it can take up to 48 hours to sync. For example, you might see delays in syncing with the group filter in reporting. Selecting owners will hide company level metrics, including Influenced Hires, Job Slot Utilization, Company Followers, Hiring and Departure Trends, and Media Analytics.
User role type Filter by Admin Center role type (Dashboard Manager Admin, Hiring Manager, Recruiter Admin, or Recruiter User). 
User location Filter by user locations (zip code, city, state, or country). The location shown is the most recent job listed in the Experience section of that user's profile. 
User status The seat status of Active is selected by default. You can also select Inactive or Parked.
