Filter job applicants by relevance in Recruiter

Relevance sorting helps you to view if a job applicant relates to the criteria you’ve listed in your job posting by analyzing a variety of features within their profile, including the following items:

  • Skills
  • Industry experience
  • Keywords
  • Previous occupations
To access and apply the relevance filter:
  1. Move your cursor over Jobs at the top of your Recruiter homepage and click View all jobs.
  2. Click the job title of applicants you’d like to view.
  3. On the Talent pool page, click the Sort by dropdown and click Relevance.
