LinkedIn Admin Center Activity log tab for user and license management

In the LinkedIn Admin Center, the Activity log tab allows user and license management admins to view actions performed on licenses and view admin permissions on their LinkedIn contract.

In the LinkedIn Admin Center, under the User & license management dashboard for a Recruiter contract, you can track the following actions in the Activity log tab: 

  • Invite new user 
  • Update permission 
  • Update license 
  • Cancel: Reassign seat 
  • Park license 
  • Reassign seat 
  • Unpark license
  • Undo: Reassign seat—You can no longer undo a seat reassignment in Recruiter. However, you can still view when this action was previously performed on your contract.
  • User activated—You'll only see the user activation activity if the user was activated on November 8, 2024 or later.

Important to know

Use this feature with caution. Reassigning a license counts toward the monthly license reassignment limit. This limit varies by contract. For instance, an organization with 15 seats can reassign licenses up to 15 times every 30 days. These limits reset the same day each month, based on the organization's contract start date. Unused reassignment actions do not carry over to the next period.
