When using LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, you can hide profiles from Recommended Matches and Recruiter Search results that don’t meet your requirements. You're allowed to hide up to 10,000 profiles per project. However, only users with Recruiter Search access can hide and view these hidden candidates. Hidden candidates can be viewed on the Talent pool or Pipeline page accessible via the left pane of your project.
To view hidden candidates in Recruiter:

Move your cursor over Jobs at the top of the Recruiter homepage, and click View all jobs.

Click on the job for which you want to view the hidden candidates.

On the Talent Pool page, click Hidden candidates.
