You can use both your LinkedIn Recruiter account and your personal LinkedIn account at the same time.

From Recruiter, move your cursor over your picture at the top of the page and click Go to LinkedIn.com.

From your personal LinkedIn account, click the
Recruiter icon in the top right corner of the homepage. - If you don't see the Recruiter icon, click the
For Business icon and select Recruiter from the menu that appears.

You can also open both accounts at the same time in two different tabs or windows of your web browser.
Your Recruiter account is meant for all of your recruiting efforts, and your personal LinkedIn account allows you to build and maintain your personal network of connections.
