Overview of roles
Recruiter Lite and Recruiter Lite Teams include two core admin roles:
- Purchaser Admin: Holds full contract authority, including seat management and product settings.
- Admin: Supports contract management, seat assignment, and product configuration but cannot change contract ownership.
Recruiters using the product for sourcing may have a standard seat without admin access.

Important to know
Before cancelation, to request a data transfer to a new dashboard, you must contact LinkedIn.
- Purchaser Admins cannot be removed or reassigned. In order to have a new Purchaser Admin, the subscription would need to be canceled and the person who wants to be the new Purchaser Admin will need to newly subscribe to Recruiter Lite Teams.
- Recruiter Lite Teams: The data from the Recruiter Lite Teams dashboard can be transferred if the Purchaser Admin from that subscription provides permission and completes the required form.
- For stronger account security, add a backup admin so another user can manage your contract if the Purchaser Admin leaves or goes on extended leave.
