Can I set up this feature?
Automatic job posting is available to all Job Posts customers with an eligible ATS. For instructions on how to set up this feature, see the link below.
What do I do if I don’t have an approved ATS?
If you don’t have an approved ATS and still want to ingest jobs, you can set up a standard XML feed. Instructions are linked below. Please note that LinkedIn Support doesn’t support or advise on pre-implementation source development.
I’ve connected my ATS for automatic job posting. Now what?
You’ll receive an email notification from LinkedIn Support once connection is successful. The email will include instructions on how to ensure jobs are appearing correctly.
How do I allocate job slots for my users?
Once your ATS is connected and Job Wrapping is enabled, you need to allocate job slots for your users.
- Move your cursor over your profile picture at the top of your Recruiter homepage and select Product settings from the dropdown.
- Under Job Promotion Settings, click Promotion settings.
- Next to Allocate job slots to Recruiter seats, click Edit.
- Select On.
- Enter a default number of job slots per seat.
- Click Save.
Can I pause or delete an automatic job posting?
If any automated job postings become inactive, you won't be able to delete them but you can pause and resume them at any time. Learn how to pause and resume automated job postings.
How do I submit my ATS so it's on the approved ATS list?
Follow the steps below so your ATS can be considered for the approved ATS list:

Move your cursor over your profile picture at the top of your Recruiter homepage and select Product settings from the dropdown.

Click Job posting on the left-hand side.

Next to Job sources for automated job postings, click View/Edit.

Click Add new job source.

The Connect your ATS slide-in window will appear. Select the ATS or other job source you want to connect from the down-down list.

After selecting your ATS or job source, complete the remaining fields in the form:
- Name of job source
- Job source URL: Enter the URL of your job page or career site.
- Estimated number of expected open jobs from source
- Enable job backfill: When backfill is enabled, unused Job Slots will automatically be filled with the most recently posted jobs from your ATS or career site. You will also designate a default person to be the job poster for all backfill jobs.

- Applicant source tracking code: Tracking measures whether candidates who click your jobs on LinkedIn complete the application in your ATS, providing a more accurate view of ROI to inform future job postings.
- Additional information (optional): Enter any relevant information that may help when setting up this request, such as an additional source URL, job exclusion requirements, IP whitelist request needed, etc.

Supported ATS for automated job postings and tracking parameters
Note: If your ATS is not listed, please reach out to your ATS provider for details on how to configure your source code. If your ATS has a standard source code format, we may have already added tracking for you. Please check Product settings to confirm.
How often are automated jobs updated with changes from the ATS?
If your job source(s) is set up as Scraping or XML, jobs will be updated every 6 hours. If your job source(s) is set up as API, jobs will be updated in real time. You can learn more about these ingestion methods in this short guide.
