You can connect the Tracker Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) so you can access real-time candidate data without switching platforms. You can activate RSC in Tracker, then set up RSC integrations for Recruiter System Connect and ATS-Enabled Reporting.

You’ll need to do the following actions, in sequence, to activate RSC in Tracker. If you have more than one contract, you need to repeat the steps for each contract.

Before you begin
Review the following requirements so you can activate RSC in your ATS. Reach out to your internal IT team for help if needed.
- Make sure you’re an admin in LinkedIn Recruiter and your ATS. You must have a Hiring Project Creator license with admin permission in Recruiter. See Available license and permission types in Recruiter for more information about permissions.
- Remember your Recruiter dashboard name and contract ID. To find your dashboard name and ID, move your cursor over the profile photo on your Recruiter homepage.
- Use a supported internet browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Chrome.
- Use an incognito or private browser window.
- Disable any settings that block third-party cookies or cross-site tracking. Reach out to your internal IT team if you need help disabling cookies/tracking.
- If you have more than one contract, you'll need to repeat the following steps for each contract.

Step 1: Activate RSC in Tracker
To activate RSC in Tracker, follow these required steps as a prerequisite for the integration:

In Tracker, click on your profile photo and click My Settings.

Find the LinkedIn onboarding widget to Activate Recruiter System Connect to sync candidate data with LinkedIn Recruiter and toggle on.

A data privacy warning will appear when syncing Tracker with LinkedIn. Click Yes to continue.

If prompted, log in using your LinkedIn credentials.
Note: You may be asked to Choose a Contract.
The LinkedIn onboarding widget will open so you can set up the RSC integrations in Tracker.
If you have multiple contracts you can choose the relevant one, otherwise choose the one listed under Corporate.
Step 2: Set up the RSC integrations in Tracker
Once you have configured the integration using the steps outlined above, you can activate integrations in one instance, across all packages, within the LinkedIn onboarding widget.
Follow the steps below to enable RSC integrations in Tracker.
To set up RSC integrations in Tracker:

In the LinkedIn onboarding widget, click the Choose integration button.

Click the checkbox next to Recruiter System Connect to enable Recruiter System Connect. Recruiter System Connect includes Unified Search and Recommended Matches by default.

Click Save.
Important to know
This will begin the initial synchronisation of historic Tracker data to LinkedIn: Candidate, Job and Placement (e.g. from shortlist onwards) record data and Activities created and modified in the last 2 years. Synchronization will vary depending on the volume of data involved, depending on the amount of data. -
Refresh the page to confirm that the integration is enabled and historical data has been synced.
When enabling the LinkedIn Recruiter integration, many of the integration’s features will be immediately available to you to start using. The full feature set will be available after the Job, Candidate, shortlist, and activity sync is complete. See the Feature Enablement Milestones section for more details.
RSC is now activated in Tracker.

To activate ATS-Enabled Reporting in Tracker, follow the steps above (including the Before you begin section) to activate RSC, a prerequisite for ATS-Enabled Reporting. If you have already enabled RSC, proceed to Step 2: Activate ATS-Enabled Reporting in Tracker.

Step 2: Activate ATS-Enabled Reporting in Tracker
Once you have configured the RSC integration using the steps outlined above, set up ATS-Enabled Reporting following the steps outlined below.
You can connect your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with the Recruiter System Connect (RSC) integration, so information from one platform is viewable in the other.
As an admin, you can activate the ATS-Enabled Reporting integration. ATS-Enabled Reporting includes two reports: ATS-Enabled Hiring Funnel report and ATS-Enabled Source report. These reports provide a unified view of cross-platform hiring activity, including insight into hiring funnel stages and industry benchmarks that are only available on LinkedIn.
You can enable the ATS-Enabled Reporting integration when you activate RSC and set up the integration with your ATS.
To activate ATS-Enabled Reporting in Recruiter after integrating your ATS:

Move your cursor over your profile on your Recruiter homepage and select Product settings from the dropdown.

Select Manage integrations under Integrations on the left rail.

Next to Tracker, click Show details.

Under the Recruiter System Connect Settings section, click the checkbox next to the following:
- 1-Click Export
- InMail stub profile
- Optional - Activate In-ATS Indicator and In-ATS Profile Widget for all contracts in your company. This is only applicable for companies with multiple contracts that have Recruiter System Connect turned on.

Under the ATS-Enabled Reporting Settings section, select the Activate Reporting feature for all contracts in your company checkbox.

Click Save in the upper right-hand corner.
ATS-Enabled Reporting is now activated in Tracker.
Here's a tip
If you’re having trouble setting up integrations in Tracker, follow these troubleshooting tips:
- Check that you’re an admin for the contract or have authorization to access the LinkedIn dashboard.
- Change your browser settings to accept cookies.
- Clear your cache for both LinkedIn and Tracker, and then restart the configuration.
- If you have more than one contract, make sure you complete the steps above for each contract.
