You can disconnect your CRM in your Business Manager settings.
Disconnect your CRM in Business Manager
To disconnect your CRM:

Go to Business Manager.

Click Settings on the left menu.

Click the
Arrow icon next to your CRM integration name. -
On the CRM Connection page, click the Disconnect button next to your CRM.
Results
After you disconnect your CRM in Business Manager:
- You’ll lose access to your Revenue Attribution Report in Business Manager and CRM revenue data in Campaign Manager. Please note, it can take between 24 to 48 hours for this data to be removed.
- Existing CRM-based auto-created conversions (Leads, Qualified Leads, and Contacts) and reporting based on these conversions will remain available in Campaign Manager. However, keep in mind that no new data will be used for these conversions or reporting.
