What is Hiring Pro? 

Hiring Pro leverages AI to find, connect, screen and shortlist qualified candidates for your role, reducing the time spent on manual tasks and increasing your reach to qualified candidates. Here’s how it works:

  • AI-assisted job descriptions: When you post a job on LinkedIn, Hiring Pro can help draft a job description based on the role. To use this feature, click on the Continue button when posting a job.
  • AI-assisted applicant sorting: If you promote your job, Hiring Pro can sort through all your applications and help identify top-fit applicants that best match the qualifications you define.
  • AI-assisted sourcing and inviting job seekers to apply: If you promote your job, Hiring Pro can continuously search for qualified candidates and invite them to apply on your behalf, based on criteria you set.
  • AI‑powered outreach messaging: With Hiring Pro’s InMail, invite qualified members to apply by generating personalized InMail messages based on the job you’re hiring for and each candidate’s profile.

Hiring Pro will assist you in identifying potential candidates and reviewing applicants based on the qualifications you select for your role, but the final hiring decisions and responsibility lie with you and your organization.

To opt out of Hiring Pro features, either post your job for free or go to the Job Details page, click the  icon, and select Switch to classic experience. Note: If you have already invited applicants to an AI interview, you will not be able to switch to the classic experience.
