Get project proposals from multiple service providers on LinkedIn

Who can use this feature?

We’re gradually making this feature available, and you might not have access to it at this time. Also, this feature is currently not available for services offered on a Company Page. But, if you have a Premium Company Page subscription, then this feature is available for services offered on a Company Page.

When you send a project request to a service provider on LinkedIn, you can choose to send the request only to that specific provider or to share it with additional providers to increase your chance of receiving a project proposal that meets your needs.

Some things you should know before you send your project request to multiple service providers:

  • LinkedIn will share your project details with multiple service providers based on your request and LinkedIn profile information.
  • When clients request for services, requests are matched with providers based on location (if applicable), service category, and locale.
  • Sharing your project proposals with additional service providers may result in you receiving messages from members outside of your network. LinkedIn doesn't endorse any particular provider's services.
  • Only providers with a Premium Business subscription can respond to additional requests.
  • Your proposal may be denied if it violates our policies or doesn’t meet our requirements. Your use of LinkedIn Services Pages is subject to our User Agreement and Professional Community Policies.

To send your project request to additional service providers: 

  1. Find a service provider profile. You can locate providers using the Search bar at the top of your feed, by selecting Services from the top menu.

  2. Click Request services or click Show all in the Services section of the profile.

    If you have an existing project, you can click the project name to send the same project request to the provider.

  3. Enter details about your project.

  4. Confirm that the Yes, share my request with additional providers checkbox is selected.

  5. Click Submit.
