An incentive is only offered when the invitation email specifically states that an incentive will be provided to the members upon the completion of a survey. The specific incentive is also specified in the survey invitation email. When you complete a survey that offers an incentive, you'll be taken to a page that lets you select the incentive you'd like to receive.

Our incentive partner will send the incentive you select to the same email address we used when we sent your survey invitation.

It can take up to five business days for the incentive to arrive, and the incentive email can sometimes be found in your spam or junk mail filter.
If five business days have passed and your incentive still hasn't shown up, please let us know and we'll investigate. Be sure to include the survey project identifier number found in the subject line (example: PROJECT-IDENTIFIER=P0382b).
