Edit partner access in Business Manager

After you add a partner to your Business Manager and share ad accounts or LinkedIn Pages, you can edit the roles assigned on ad accounts or Pages.

Currently, you can only increase the role level provided for ad accounts or Pages in Business Manager. If you need to decrease the role level, you must contact support.

Who can use this feature?

You must be a Business Manager admin to edit the assigned role on ad accounts and LinkedIn Pages shared with your partners.

To edit the role(s) assigned on an ad account or page shared with partners:

  1. Sign in to Business Manager.

  2. Click Partners in the menu on the left side of the page.

  3. Click the name of the partner.

  4. Click the Edit icon to the right of the ad account or Page.

  5. Select the new role(s) in the pop-up window that appears.

  6. Click the Save button.
