Ad sets created under the old Campaign Manager experience are now known as legacy ad sets.
To duplicate a legacy ad set:

Go to your ad account in Campaign Manager.

Click Advertise on the left menu.

Click the correct campaign name.

Move your cursor over the ad set name and click on the Duplicate icon from the pop-up.
- A legacy objective ad set note will be displayed when you’re duplicating one.

Name your new ad set, select the Destination account, and click Next.
Note: The accounts listed include those associated with the same LinkedIn Page of the company. The user has access to these accounts with Campaign Manager permissions.

Select the ad creatives you’d like to duplicate.
- If there is an error duplicating your creatives, you’ll get a pop-up notification. Choose to Continue without creatives or Delete Ad set and retry.

Click Duplicate ad set.
- If any of your old ad sets included a Follow button, they will automatically be created under the Engagement objective.

Click Next on the Ads in this ad set page.

Review your ad set and if everything is correct click Launch Ad set.
To duplicate a legacy ad set from the ad set page:

Go to your ad account in Campaign Manager.

Click Advertise on the left menu.

Click the correct ad set name.

Move your cursor over the correct ad set name and click the
Manage icon from the pop-up. -
Click the Actions dropdown near the top right.

Click Duplicate ad set.

Name your new ad set, select the Destination account, and click Next.

Select the ad creatives you’d like to duplicate.
- If there is an error duplicating creatives, you’ll get a pop-up notification. Choose to Continue without creatives or Delete Ad set and retry.

Click Duplicate ad set.
- If any of your old ad sets included a Follow Company button, they will automatically be created under the Engagement objective.

Edit the ad set details and click Next at the bottom of the page.

Click Next on the Ads in this ad set page.

Review your ad set and if everything is correct click Launch Ad set.

Ad set Objective is not editable. Ad set Budget and Minimum Bid Amount are not retained from the original ad set but are recalculated and displayed.

If no creative was selected, you can Create new ad or Browse existing content and follow the prompts.

Performance history (including impressions, clicks, and spend analytics) won't be moved to the new account. However, the historical performance of the original ad set will be considered and incorporated into relevance predictions and auction performance.

Account assets (i.e. account/contact targeting lists, website retargeting lists) aren’t copied over. Learn more about how to copy assets.

When you start the ads and ad sets in the new account, they'll be treated as new ad sets. You'll be required to set a new start date for the ad set. Setting an end date is optional. The ad set will always be created in a draft status.

The ad set of the duplicated ad set defaults to draft. This allows you to edit the audience or budget before setting the ad set live. Switch the ad set status to active to launch the ad set.

When you duplicate an ad set with an attached Lead Generation Form, the original form will be associated with the duplicate ad set, even if it was rejected. Learn more about how to manage Lead Gen Forms.

When duplicating Sponsored Content ad sets into another account, both accounts must be tied to the same LinkedIn Page.

When you duplicate an ad set to a new ad account, both accounts must use the same currency.
