 Linkedin Premium Feature

Who can use this feature?

We’re gradually making this experience available in select regions for Premium Business and Premium Career subscribers, and you might not have access to it at this time.

Important to know

The Start chat option will display either online or offline depending on our service availability. Phone support is only available in English.

LinkedIn Premium subscribers have access to personalized support. You can opt to connect with a consultant directly via the Help assistant. On the LinkedIn Help Center homepage, navigate to the bottom of the page and select Start chat. Alternatively, you can locate the Start Chat option under Chat with support on the right pane of the page. You can use our AI-assisted help, chat, or phone support to get your queries answered.

After starting the chat, please follow the prompts to receive assistance with your queries through the available support channels.

Notes:

  • Your chat session will end when you're being transferred to phone support. If we're unable to connect your phone call, you can continue chatting with us to get further assistance.

  • LinkedIn will not be saving the phone number you provided for Premium phone support.

  • If the call gets disconnected, the consultant will make one attempt to call you back. If unsuccessful, they will leave a voicemail redirecting you to the chat and also send a follow-up email.

  • By agreeing to receive a phone call from LinkedIn, you consent to the conversation being recorded for quality and training purposes. You may also be asked to provide feedback after the call. Learn more about LinkedIn’s call recording notice.
