Open Profile feature allows other LinkedIn members to message you for free, without using InMail messages. To enable this feature, you'll first have to get started as a Service Provider on LinkedIn.
After you've started as a Service Provider, you'll be able to change your Open Profile message settings.
To change your Open Profile setting from your profile after creating a Service Page:

Click the
Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.

Click View Profile.

Click Request services in your introduction section to access your Service Page.

Click
Edit page.

Scroll down on the Edit services pop-up window.

Select the checkbox at the bottom of the pop-up window next to Allow LinkedIn members that you're not connected with to message your for free.

Click Save.

Tap your profile picture, then tap View profile.

Tap your profile photo again to access your profile.
