You can customize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for titles and descriptions of articles or newsletters you publish on LinkedIn, controlling how it shows up on search engines, and making it easier for others to find your content.

From the SEO settings on the LinkedIn publishing platform, you can add:

SEO title: Add SEO title which we'll use in place of your article title for search engine result pages, such as Google search. If your SEO title is over 60 characters, it will be truncated.

SEO description: Add SEO description in place of the first few lines of your article on search engine result pages. We suggest utilizing keywords, summarizing your writing, and aiming to write between 140-160 characters.
