As a client of a LinkedIn service provider, you can leave a review on their Service Page about the services you received. Reviews aren't yet available for services provided by a Company Page.
You can review the provider if they mark the project as complete or if they send you an invitation first. If a provider requests a review, you’ll receive a notification and can then enter your review and rating.
Keep in mind that:

Reviews might not be displayed immediately.

Reviews must follow LinkedIn’s Professional Community Policies and Dos and Don’ts.

Your review, name, and profile photo are publicly visible.
