Getting Help with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

To access Sales Navigator Help on the desktop version:

  1. Sign in to Sales Navigator.

  2. Click the   icon to the left of your profile picture in the top right corner of the homepage.

  3. Click  Open Help in a new tab.

  4. For answers to your questions, type relevant keywords in the search box or browse through Sales Navigator shortcuts, Recommended topics, and Suggested articles.

If you’re unable to locate the answer to your questions, you can access the various support channels available from the Help Center.

Here's a tip

You can also click the icon next to your profile picture and select Chat with support (which is only available in English at the moment) from the Help dropdown. However, this option may not always be available.
