To access Sales Navigator Help on the desktop version:

Sign in to Sales Navigator.

Click the
icon to the left of your profile picture in the top right corner of the homepage. -
Click
Open Help in a new tab. -
For answers to your questions, type relevant keywords in the search box or browse through Sales Navigator shortcuts, Recommended topics, and Suggested articles.
To access Sales Navigator Help on mobile devices:

Open the Sales Navigator mobile app.

Tap
on your profile picture in the top left corner of the screen, then tap Settings. -
Tap Help Center.

Type relevant keywords in the search box or browse through Sales Navigator shortcuts, Recommended topics, and Suggested articles.
If you’re unable to locate the answer to your questions, you can access the various support channels available from the Help Center.
