Leaving a conversation will permanently remove you from the conversation. It will stop you from receiving all notifications and new messages that are being sent from others in the thread. Once you leave the conversation, you will not be able to reply or re-join the thread.
Note: You can only leave a conversation which has at least two or more other participants. You cannot leave a one-to-one message.
To leave a conversation permanently:

Click the
Messaging icon at the top of your homepage. -
Select the message from the list on the left rail.
- Once you select a message, the entire conversation thread is shown on the right.

Click on the
More icon on the top of your conversation thread. -
Click on the
Dropdown and select Leave conversation. -
Confirm by clicking Yes, leave in the confirmation dialog box.
To leave a conversation permanently:

Click the
Messaging icon. -
Navigate to the conversation you want to leave.

Swipe left on the conversation you want to leave to see the
Leave option. -
Tap Leave to leave the conversation.

Confirm by clicking Leave in the confirmation dialog box.
You can also leave a conversation after tapping into the conversation.

Tap the
More icon on the top of the conversation thread. -
Under Conversations actions, tap the
Leave icon. -
Confirm by tapping Leave in the confirmation dialog box.
Once you confirm, you will see a note on the left rail in the selected conversation and in the conversation window that says You left the conversation. The participants in the conversation will also be notified that you have left.
